How To Not Be Tired When You Wake Up




Recently, waking up has gotten harder and harder. When researching ways to make this transition easier...this is what I got:
1. Set the Stage for Deeper Sleep
  • Go to bed at the same time every night
  • Make it earlier, rather than later
2. Stay Sound Asleep
  • Make sure that you wont wake up for temperature issues or for when nature calls
  • May want to turn off your phone ringer
3. Shake Your Fog
4. Change Your Alarm Sound
5. Set a Date in the Morning

These tips aren't that helpful. I know one, don't wake up at 4:45.
So cute, this cat has a hard time waking up too!
